TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Our in-house talent acquisition department is growing. This is why we are now looking for 3 TA Specialists (STO, CPH, OSL) to find new talents that will take SAS into the future. By being part of our in-house talent acquisition department, you will acquire new talent both inside and outside the organization by leading the recruitment cycle from start to finish. Working in SAS Talent Acquisition team means working in a dynamic, high-pace and changing environment. You will collaborate closely with both hiring managers challenging and empowering them to make the right decisions when it comes to talent. You will also work closely with HR, because Together We Move Scandinavia.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SAS you will:
- Conduct end to end recruitment and partner with HR and leaders to identify the need and lead the work to find the best candidate for the job
- Drive projects to improve recruitment at SAS
- Source passive candidates and build talent pipeline
- Advocating for driving a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy
- Conduct thorough interview and phone screens
- Conduct assessments (A-on)
- Work in multiple recruitment channels including social media, LinkedIn, external and internal website.
- Focusing on providing an excellent candidate experience at every opportunity
To be successful, we believe you should have:
- Passion and in-depth knowledge within the area of talent acquisition constantly looking for outside in perspectives and industry insight.
- Passion for building the best possible candidate experience.
- High integrity and the ability to build confidence and trust.
- Great project management skills, including planning and implementing the full end to end cycle meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities
- Track record of high-quality end-to end recruitment working in-house and/or in an agency
- In-depth knowledge of commonly used recruitment methods, assessments, procedures and practices
- Excellent communication skills in one Scandinavian language and English, both oral and written
