Country Sales Manager [Vietnam]


 

Responsibilities

Country Sales Manager are required to build a large loyal customer base and manage relationships to exceed customer expectations.

  • In charge of driving regional or national sales strategies. Excellent market knowledge in the Philippines.
  • Strong managerial skills and able to lead by example
  • Plan and coordinate prospecting goals and strategies.
  • Manage market business planning and strategies. Develop new business by mastering cold calling and sales techniques.
  • Identify target markets and assist in developing a sales/delivery strategy.
  • Responsible for qualifying prospects, understanding pain points, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
  • Accountable for successfully managing customers' needs in order to meet overall business plans and strategies objectives.
  • As needed, manage sales demos and coordinate status meetings.
  • Stay updated on market and industry trends, competitors, and cutting-edge customer strategies.
  • Regularly report on sales progress and collaborate with peers to overcome obstacles.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations on behalf of the company; comprehend and articulate the Business Next value proposition clearly.

Job requirements

  • Excellent communication and corporate presentation skills are required.
  • English fluency and regional lingua franca
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and customer expectations
  • FSI experience
