Position Overview:

As a Media and Performance Coordinator at Nissan Benelux, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive successful marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to develop effective media plans and optimize campaign performance across the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg). This role requires a deep understanding of media planning, analytics, and campaign performance measurement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement media strategies: Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to create comprehensive media strategies aligned with Nissan's objectives and target audience in the Benelux region.
  • Media planning and budget management: Conduct market research and analysis to identify relevant media channels and platforms for campaign execution. Develop media plans, negotiate media buying, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Campaign performance tracking and analysis: Monitor and analyze media campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI). Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the customer journey, including website, connected car application, etc
  • Collaborate with agency partners: Work closely with media agencies and other external partners to ensure seamless execution of media plans. Provide clear briefings and manage ongoing communication to ensure campaigns meet objectives.
  • Digital and traditional media optimization: Stay up to date with emerging media trends and technological advancements. Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance through digital media, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), programmatic advertising, print, television, and radio.
  • Reporting and communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations on media campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations for stakeholders at various levels within the organization. Clearly communicate insights and progress to internal teams and management.
  • Market intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in media strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
  • Proven experience in media planning, campaign management, and performance analysis within an automotive or consumer-oriented industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, media planning software, and campaign tracking platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of various media channels, both traditional and digital, and their respective strengths and limitations.
  • Familiarity with media buying and negotiation processes, as well as market research methodologies.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving campaign objectives.
  • Fluency in English is required, knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
